Vampire Cup
What is this Vampire Cup about?
The Vampire Cup is a blood donation marathon, organized in cooperation with the German Federation of Pharmacy Students (BPhD) and aims to collect as much blood as possible in a short time. The event was initiated by the International Pharmaceutical Students” Federation (IPSF). At the Vampire Cup, all pharmacy study locations in Germany compete against each other and try to encourage so many students and non-students to donate blood and to educate them about the subject of blood donation. The whole thing takes place annually for two weeks around Halloween in collaboration at the blood donation center of the UKD. The winner of the Vampire Cup is then chosen annually at the Autumn Federal Conference of the BPhD.
